Episode 19, Fi and James Corfe

This week we chatted to Fi and James Corfe. These two picked up paddling and ran with it! From their beginnings around the Isle of Man, to circumnavigation of both islands of New Zealand and now rounding Cape Horn, they've been pushing their boundaries as far as possible.  Lovers of type two fun, Fi and James are always looking for new expeditions and to explore new places. Episode 18, Lowri Davies

This week we chatted with Lowri from FlowFree coaching. As a professional kayak coach and freestyle guru, Lowri's passion is playing on the river. She's competed at the top level in freestyle kayaking and has paddled some of the biggest volume rivers in the world, including thousands of laps on her local run, the Dee-bezi. Lowri chatted about her love of making rivers playful and how she really wants to maximise every day on the water.
