Scott Sauls is a a follower of Christ, a grateful husband, and a proud dad and father-in-law. For decades, he's served others as a pastor, author, speaker, board chair, master's-level instructor, backstage chaplain, and trusted confidant to leaders. He also led the founding of a faith-and-work institute that equips professionals to think clearly, live with integrity, and contribute meaningfully. For nearly 30 years, Scott has planted churches and led large, flagship congregations. Today, his work remains pastoral—but focuses on serving the broader church and investing deeply in high-achieving leaders, cultural influencers, and pastors.
