So many women think the goal is to finally “figure out” their health, find the perfect diet, the perfect workout, the perfect supplement routine, and then never struggle again. But real life doesn’t work that way. Your body changes. Your hormones change. Stress changes. Sleep changes. Family responsibilities, work, travel, holidays, and hard seasons all impact how you feel. That doesn’t mean you’re failing. It means your health needs to be something you keep supporting, not something you solve once and forget about. In this episode, we’re talking about why your health journey will naturally have ups and downs, how to stop seeing setbacks as failure, and why habits, standards, and community are the key to creating lasting momentum. I’ll also share why I created the Vitality Wellness Collective. A community for women in menopause who are tired of guessing, tired of starting over alone, and ready to build better health alongside women who truly understand what they’re going through. Because the women who succeed long-term aren’t the ones who never struggle. They’re the ones who learn how to return faster.
