What will happen to my vagina?

This episode will cover what can happen to the vagina during a vaginal delivery. You will be better prepared to go into a vaginal delivery knowing what to expect, what to look out for immediately post-natal and how to help yourself. This does not include what is happening in the birth canal leading up to the delivery (we will get to that later with the help of an amazing midwife). ADDITIONAL info: I forgot to add make sure you're not constipated!!
