Acculturation: A sense of belonging as a child of immigrants living in the US with Rana Issa

Have you ever heard of a term called "acculturation"? According to its definition, it refers to the process by which an individual or group adopts the practices and values of one culture while still retaining their own culture of origin. Today, we're looking into this concept in the lens of an Iraqi American who refuged with her family from Iraq to Syria, and then the United States for a better future, Rana Issa. Being granted with a citizenship or a visa to live in another country doesn't render anyone immune to immigration-related stressors.
