Beskrivelse

I had a great chat with my friend Cecilia Macchione. We chatted about her yoga retreat for women where there will be none of the usual vegetarian fare – a great idea and long overdue! We also chat about her healing from lupus on a carnivore diet. Cecilia is a professional photographer and documentary producer, and the founder of Yoga & Meat Retreats, a women-only retreat pairing yoga and women’s circles with a keto/carnivore approach to eating. Her first retreat runs this autumn at a private estate in the Scottish Highlands. After years behind the camera documenting other people’s stories, she’s now building a space for women to slow down, eat well, and reconnect. To book for Cecilia’s retreat go to… https://yogameats.com [https://yogameats.com] This is a public episode. episode You don't deserve to eat animals! cover

You don't deserve to eat animals!

My new friend and ex-vegan, Charlotte Henderson, has quickly become one of my favourite people. She is wise, articulate, passionate and hilarious… and she has a very powerful story of her own that is both heartbreaking and inspiring. To go deep into her personal story, see the link below to her recent appearance on our mutual friend Mark Attwood’s show. In this episode though, we go down all kinds of rabbit holes, and I know you will enjoy them! Charlotte Henderson is a perinatal safeguarding advocate, birth doula and professional trainer. Known as The Dependency Doula, she works at the intersection of maternity, addiction recovery and safeguarding — bringing lived experience and professional expertise to support women and families navigating systems that too often fail them. episode Quantum Nutrition with Dr. Sara Pugh cover

Quantum Nutrition with Dr. Sara Pugh

Dr. Sara Pugh is one of my absolute favourite people and so incredibly knowledgeable in so many fields, so I couldn’t resist re-uploading this podcast I did with her a couple of years ago. If you think health was all about diet, prepare to be blown away. You can also meet Sara and the other amazing speakers at the UK Ancestral Health Festival in August, so click the link below to get more info and book your tickets!https://ancestralhealthfestival.com Sara’s bio: Dr. Sara Pugh is a biochemist turned quantum health educator with a passion for bridging cutting-edge science and ancient wisdom. Her journey began in molecular biology, but over time, she discovered that true health couldn’t be fully explained by biochemistry alone. Her journey to understand the mind and body led her into Pilates, hypnosis, neurology, myofascial work, mysticism, ketogenic diets and fasting, but there were still pieces of the jigsaw missing. This led her to explore quantum biology, circadian biology, light, water, magnetism, and the energetic fields that shape human health at a foundational level. Today, she teaches people how to optimize their environment and lifestyle using natural forces as well as new inventions such as zero point tech, spiritual tech and molecular hydrogen to support mitochondrial function, hormone balance, and brain health. Her mission is to empower others to reconnect with nature, see though the mainstream b******t, break free from modern dysfunction, and reclaim their potential. https://sarapughleeds.co.uk/ [https://sarapughleeds.co.uk/] This is a public episode. episode Screen time is making our kids sick! cover

Screen time is making our kids sick!

This is a re-upload of an interview I did with Dr. Jack Kruse a couple of years ago. He’s a controversial figure and not everyone’s cup of tea, as he admits himself, but his knowledge is massive. Often, he gets so deep in the science that most people can’t grasp it, but in this podcast, he didn’t go too deep because he knows I’m not a scientist myself. He has been so kind to me and my family over the years, even inviting me to talk with him at the London Biohacking Summit in 2016 and writing the foreword to my Kindle bestseller, “Arthritis, The Best Thing That Ever Happened To Me” in 2014. Although I didn’t originally intend it to be, this turned into a very personal chat – almost a private consult for me and my family, which shows his heart and makes it all the more listenable. I hope you enjoy it…  Dr. Kruse is a member of the American Association of Neurological Surgeons, the Congress of Neurological Surgeons and Age Management Medicine Group. He has helped pioneer a totally new medical field – Quantum Mitochondrial Health. Building on his deep medical expertise, he has also built a vibrant community while being a bitcoin maximalist; he is dedicated to helping people build critical thinking skills. He continues to challenge our currently implemented systems and look for more feasible solutions to benefit everyone.
