Last month the RITE Report stated that the economy “is no longer degenerating due to the China Corona Virus.” And this is true as the RITE Report Strategy Index is improving, reflecting this. However, the RITE Report had a sudden mid-month temporary call to go to cash as there was an onslaught of news about the second wave of the COVID-19, but that news has subsided as deaths due to the virus are going lower; and as such, the states will stay open.
