"Looking at yourself"

Someone who I have always loved sharing a conversation with is Fola and we have connected again in the last couple of months to discuss the action of looking into ones self and what that process has meant for me; what it could mean for him and having to establish the boundaries or parameters that could make it less of an intimidating era. This is a long one; so you might have to return to it couple of times like I have. In doing so, you notice that we cover quite a few different depths, some that intersect and others that are unrelated but equally as relevant. Enjoy!
