This episode covers the idea of having a conversation with someone different from yourself as an opportunity for connecting with others.  Recognizing the challenges and embracing the benefits of increased understanding, communication, caring and respect for one another.

This episode covers race.  Acknowledging and understanding where some views on race come from through personal experiences and biases. What it means to be non racist vs anti racist and recognizing systemic racism.

This episode covers the importance of good listening. How to ask good questions, withhold judgment and stop generating responses and rebuttals with the focus on connecting with someone different & new.
