It's been an awe inspiring week in the walls of my private facebook community for my Sensual Mother Online Course. Women who I adore have allowed themselves to crack wide open and share their current stories of their bodies, trauma, pain and power. Something that rang true for every woman was a lack of trust in their bodies. A deep seated belief that their bodies had betrayed them or let them down in some way. A belief that I felt called to meet and change, with my own truth that has taken me from self disgust to self ownership and love.
