A conversation with 14 year old Sefora: Dreaming big, being patient and managing expectations.

Hello and welcome to the show. I had such a wonderful conversation with Ms. Sefora, a 14-year-old Congolese girl who has been living in Norway for one year. In such a short time, she has great insights and advice about the immigrant experience, some of which I wish I knew earlier on as a newcomer. She shares insights about managing expectations, dreaming big, not settling, and exploring your potentials as an immigrant.   I hope you will be encouraged and challenged as I was. Share this with a parent, a young person, or anyone you think will benefit from this conversation. Let's spread the inspiration.  I reference the organization Fargespill (even though I say festspill by mistake): Here is their website, do check it out and share it with someone that might find it relevant.  https://fargespill.no/ Let's keep in touch: Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/the_serialimmigrant_show/ Email: serialimmigrant@gmail.com
