A lot of people I know, just like myself, start disliking themselves when they don't do what they think they're supposed to be doing. I think that when we beat ourselves up, that's when we start self sabotaging. We start thinking we're not good and we do things that supports that belief like excessively scrolling social media, looking for friends to compare our lives with, or not eating unhealthy food just to feel better about ourselves to later on suffer from the consequence of not eating healthy. I don't wanna be ranting in the description but I just feel like my friends really need to hear this. I hope my friends and trainees from my past job listen to this episode.
