IT'S THE NEWYEARS! WHAT DOES THAT MEAN? That means it's the start of 2021 and... Old health goals. Yup... It's that time again where we look at ourselves and want to improve our health only to slack off and do it again next year. Who's with me on this? Honestly, who hasn't been in that position before? We all see the new year as something new. We want to naturally improve ourselves so we make a new year's resolution and we tell the world so others can hold us accountable. Is it wrong? No, not at all. Could we do better? Of course.  Today we cover the topic of Goals and how to make better ones to help you make 2021 a better one!
