ICE shot and killed two men during traffic stops in Houston and Maine and DHS immediately ended traffic stops as an immigration enforcement tool. Both incidents are under investigation. And June inflation came in at 3.5 percent — a welcome drop driven almost entirely by falling oil and gas prices that could reverse quickly if the Iran situation escalates again. All of it today.
