Travis Sickle is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Wealth Advisor with Sickle Hunter Financial Advisors in Tampa, Florida.  He also holds his IRS Enrolled Agent, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor, Accredited Asset Management Specialist,  and Retirement Income Certified Professional designations. Travis has a strong commitment towards his continuing education and continues his life-long learning. Travis graduated with his B.A. in Management and Society from The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He started his career at Ameriprise Financial where he managed a team of financial advisors.  He partnered with John Hunter while at Ameriprise Financial.  After quickly growing the practice they decided to go independent with LPL Financial.  Their independence continued as Sickle Hunter Financial Advisors became a Registered Investment Advisor. As the wealth advisor, Travis believes in a straightforward and transparent approach when dealing with clients.  He is a team leader and focuses on the portfolio and financial planning strategies.  Travis has a passion for security analysis and management of client's portfolios. His drive and dedication have been shaped by the great sport of wrestling. Having wrestled from an early age through college, Travis brings that commitment to the firm and their clients. Travis also owns and operates a Youtube Channel about money management and a short term real estate company.  Travis also co-founded a tax preparation company, Oak Avenue Tax Advisors, with James Baskey. Travis grew up on Long Island, New York, and now lives in South Tampa with his wife Katie, their kids, Cody & Lexie, Callie and Josie. Danny was first introduced to stocks in middle school. His eighth grade history teacher, Dr. Lee, did not receive the shipment of books to start the class’s curriculum and to fill the time with something productive he had the students create a portfolio of ten stocks. From that assignment Daniel was hooked and knew it was a career path he wanted to pursue. As an adult he realized working on the human side of the business is for him. This led him to become a Financial Advisor, pursue his Certified Financial Planning Designation, and become a level II candidate for the Certified Financial Analyst Designation. He has over a thirteen years of advisor experience and became a Vice President at Morgan Stanley before following the path as an Independent Financial Advisor. Beyond Financial Planning Daniel is family oriented and spends his free time being physically active and golfing. He often finds himself in charity physical challenges or scrambles. He also makes it a point to go on one adventurous domestic or international trip a year. He has risen to the Third Degree of Masonry as a Master Mason and is an active participant in Egypt Shrine and a Colonel of the honorable Order of Kentucky Colonels. At the Shrine he is currently the President of the Midget Motors. Yes, he is one of those guys who wears a Fez and drives a tiny car in Holiday Parades.
