Rabecca Makwele Mulenga is a prolific family centred wife , who is a legal Practitioner ( Advocate of the High Court for Zambia ).  Centers her life fighting for the rights of children with respect to Safe guarding policies and child protection . Currently an associate at F. B Nanguzgambo and Associates . She is also  Director Liaison for  Khwima Books on Body Safety and also a Legal Consultant and Trainer under  Restored Hope Zambia.  She wears many hats but all centered around protection of children from Sexual related crimes.
