Why it’s so important to keep commitments and how to change perspective on challenges.
In today’s episode I reflect a bit on the importance of keeping commitments, even when we don’t feel like it. I also go into depth about the challenges and struggles we all face and how to see them as tests rather than as against us. I go into depth about some of my own current obstacles and struggles and relate how through perseverance and focus we inevitably will overcome whatever is in front of us.
