Belén and Frank discuss with Dr. Holliday about architecture history and how it shapes communities.  Dr. Kate Holliday studied at Williams College, and at the University of Texas at Austin. Taught at UT Austin and Southwestern University, with a current tenured teaching position at CAPPA at UT Arlington. The founder and director of the David Dillion Center for Texas Architecture, she has also served on the State Board of Review for the Texas Historical Commission, and currently on the Board of Directors for Historic Fort Worth, Inc. Publications include Leopold Eidlitz: Architecture and Idealism in the Gilded Age and The Open-Ended City: David Dillon on Texas Architecture.
