The Walking Dead Podcast - AfterBuzz TV

On the penultimate episode of The Walking Dead season 15, Beta guides his horde on instinct (or on the supernatural guidance of Alpha?). As he becomes further unhinged, if that's even possible, some members of the whispers follow him blindly; but others seem to be getting away while they can. One of the whispers who left encounters Daryl and Judith in the woods; but not before being shot through the chest with an arrow. Without any useful information, Daryl puts another arrow in her, ending her life; much to the dismay of Judith who is struggling to come to terms with empathy in a world that's so far gone. Obviously still reeling over her decision to encourage Michonne's departure; Judith faces the question of "What if they had a family looking for them?" - Back at the compound, Beta is doing his best to look for where all the townspeople have gone; but only manages to find a cat and emptiness. Little does he know he's being spied on and reported on every step of the way as our team try to guide him towards Oceanside. Unfortunately for our good guys, Beta's instincts guide him true as he 'has faith' and is not led into the trap. He manages to catch two of our favorite characters before ending up at the hospital we are originally introduced to him in. We finally get to see the Aftermath of Alpha’s death. Carol is not happy that Negan took longer than expected to kill Alpha. She goes back on her word and leaves Negan to fend for himself. Carol starts hallucinating about Alpha, and her deepest darkest fears come to light once again. She’s finally able to get Alpha out of her head, but you can still see the pain that surrounds Carol. Meanwhile Negan is being held hostage by Darryl, but the roles reverse when two whisperers find them and announce that Negan is now king. Negan pulls a fast one and kills the whisperers and rescued Darryl. Ezekiel’s cancer is starting to overcome him, but he still decides to go with the group to find The person who Eugene has been taking to. They arrive in a city where walkers are tied up to different objects, a girl then greets our heroes. Is she a friend or a foe? We’ll have to wait and see. In The Walking Dead's thirteenth episode titled, "What we become," we finally catch up with Michonne on her mission to retrieve ammunition from an island. She was led there by Virgil who we quickly find out had his own agenda. By the time Michonne catches on, it's too late and she finds herself trapped and drugged. This leads her on a trip down memory lane where her memories aren't exactly the outcome we've seen portrayed on television. Michonne would find a way to free herself and others Virgil once trapped. However, instead of ammunition, she would find memorabilia that would give her new hope. Our favorite sword swinger would find herself embarking on a new journey. An epic battle begins on the walking dead it seems like Negan is going in deep when it comes to the whisperers. He continues to show Alpha how loyal he is to the group by not only whipping alpha, but letting Alpha whip him. Not to long after we see Negan wearing his own walker mask waking among The Whisperers as they prepare for battle with hilltop. Carol continues to grieve, but connects with Ezekiel who wants nothing but to have Carol in his life again. Eugene’ relationship with Stephanie gets stronger, after Rosita finds out about them. We are left to figure out what’s going to happen to our heroes after The Whisperes and walkers go on the attack leaving them cornered.
