Albert Fish AKA The Grey Man

He was active in the 1920's and 1930's, targeting young children including his most infamous victim, 10-year-old Grace Budd. Fish's crimes were marked by extreme violence and brutality, earning him multiple nicknames including "the Werewolf of Wysteria", "The Brooklyn Vampire" and more commonly "The Grey Man".
