Women have come a long way in terms of achieving equality and recognition for their accomplishments. However, with the rise of feminism and the #equity movement, some people argue that women are being overly celebrated and given too much attention for their achievements, while others argue that women are still undervalued and face discrimination in many areas of society. In this podcast, we explore this paradox of celebrating women and discuss whether women are truly getting the recognition they deserve or if there is still work to be done to achieve true gender equality. I had my friends Benita and Wesley share their perceptive on the topic.
