Weird is Relative

Okay- so we all might have a little weird or quirky thing that we like to do. But what one considers weird may not be weird as much as it is just different. So what if we looked at it with a different perspective?  I think those are the things that make us who we are- we are fun and creative and unique. We all are not made with a cookie cutter image so what makes us different should be celebrated. Accountability is Ownership

After an unexpected two week hiatus, we are back. One thing that we all deal with in life is accountability, but what if instead of looking at is as just consequences, we took a new look as it by ownership. You can't force someone into accountability and achieve better results by consequences only. They do have to find a way to take ownership of doing the right thing when others aren't there watching or there to tell you what to do. So what does that look like in work and in life?
