The Oscars are in trouble and need to make THIS change

The Oscar nominations are out tomorrow, and I'm predicting that the response to the nominees is going to be a DISASTER. The Academy has been trying to have their cake and eat it too when it comes to recognizing the best in each category every year, and having a diverse group of nominees, and I'm afraid that this year, the results aren't going to be what many people are hoping for.
