Tamara Samsonova, born February 5th, 1947, is a Russian woman known for dismembering Valentina Ulanova, her 79-year-old housemate. The case garnered worldwide attention due to CCTV footage of Samsonova carrying the victim’s dismembered body out of her apartment in 6 trash bags, with the victim’s head being removed in a sauce pot. Once arrested and put before a judge, Samsonova would blow kisses to reporters and laugh while in the Defendant’s box.
