In today’s episode, Scott breaks down a common saying “If you can’t take the heat, get out of the kitchen”. This is a common saying that is sometimes misunderstood. In today’s climate people are too hasty to let their emotions get the best of them without really taking a step back to figure out what is truly upsetting them. A lot of the time people are either doing something they aren’t skilled at or don’t have a passion for, in many sustains it’s a combination of both. Too many people take jobs doing things that may have a monetary value they strive for but isn’t the right fit for them and over time this will chip away at your mental health. Until one day we become overwhelmed and snap. We can easily avoid this by first finding what we are good at and then figuring out how we can apply this to something we enjoy.
