Itâs important to count your blessings so we donât get caught up on the things we donât have. Then we slowly turned into a venting session/trauma dumping episode, we shared how little we had when we were growing up but thankfully we never felt like that back then, itâs just now that we sit here and reminisce that we can tell how far weâve come. Staying mindful of your surroundings can be so helpful when it comes to mental health!
