KYLIE FLINKER-JARRETT

Kylie Flinker-Jarrett is the Customer Experience & Digital Education Manager for DePuy Synthes ANZ at Johnson & Johnson. She is focused on delivering dynamic and engaging digital solutions which improve educational experiences for the orthopedic community. During COVID Kylie used the platform to provide educational and training content to doctors and nurses when the sales reps were unable to visit them. Kylie shares on WTL how the AIMCAST platform is keeping communication and education at the cutting edge.

JOE AGRESTA

Joe Agresta has been a global Senior Leader with a career spanning 39 years at Johnson & Johnson and Allied Signal. His experience spans across Global Procurement, Supply Chain, Operations Management, Program and Product Line Management.    In his 19 years at Johnson & Johnson, Joe has held Vice President leadership positions of increasing scope.  In both J&J and Allied Signal Joe has been a leader in the design and execution of Category Management and Supply Chain operating models. Most recently for Johnson and Johnson Joe served as the leader of critical Global Supply Chain sourcing processes and was a member of the Johnson and Johnson Product Supply Leadership Team. In addition,  he has been the Executive Sponsor of the Construction Capital and Facilities Services Category. Prior to creating the Global Procurement Excellence Team Joe served as Vice President and CPO for J&J’s Pharmaceutical Sector Supply Chain Procurement Organization. In his post Corporate career Joe, as a thought leader in the industry, formed JNA Leadership Consulting providing consult on Talent Development, Risk Management, Leadership and Operating Model Design to corporate clients.   With teaching and coaching as his passion Joe joined the Rutgers Business School Faculty as Assistant Professor of Professional Practice Supply Chain. He brings his unique perspective form theoretical to the practical end-end Supply Chain. Joe continues his engagement with industry as the Supply Chain program leader for Industry Client relationships, projects and alumni engagement. He has recently been appointed Coadjutant for the M.S in Healthcare Analytics and Intelligence Program.    Joe continues to mentor veterans and military service associates  as member of the American Corporate Partners (ACP) industry group. He is part of a national team developing leadership education for persons with disabilities.    Joe is honored to teach, coach, advice and provide end to end thought leadership around the globe for the students at  Rutgers University!

DAN ALPERN

Dan is a Marketing Director, Voice Over artist, proud Navy veteran, loving dog father and husband, grateful cancer survivor, and so much more! Raised in Hollywood, CA it was a small step into the business of media. Working in the industry since the days when cut and paste meant scissors and glue and recordings were on tape! He’s worked in television, radio, and magazines for companies like Clear Channel, SPIN, and Conde Nast, and for start-ups launching environmental and pop culture magazines. Proud to currently be serving as an Oxnard Ambassador supporting the Military, Education, and Community at large in his adopted home of Port Hueneme, CA. Past volunteer time includes Community Resource Development Council, US Sailing, and frequent speaking engagements at conferences for students and professionals in the media industry. Dan talks about effective internal corporate communication and the new technologies like AIMeCAST that are making headways and bringing people closer together.

STEVE O'BRIEN

Steve O’Brien is a very fortunate man, and he knows it: an amazing wife, wonderful kids, and his other great passion, voice over. Not to mention an insightful business partner (his French Bulldog, Hugo). Steve spent has many years behind a microphone working in radio.  During that time, he began doing freelance voice work. Over time, Steve’s voice over business grew to point that he could no longer continue in radio. He said goodbye, with a full heart, to the industry that gave him his start as a storyteller. He’s never looked back. Taking direction well, giving you the read you want, and making your script come to life are all in a day’s work for Steve. In 2021, Steve launched the podcast The Voice Over Hustle [https://thevoiceoverhustle.com/]. Steve’s guests include of business and industry pros, who give advice to both novice and seasoned voice actors alike.

NATALIE JONES

Natalie Jones is a Clinical Nurse Educator.  Through her transformational leadership style, Jones is known for collaborating with inter-professional teams to develop learning organizations. One example is the implementation of the LOTUS Inter-professional ICU Bedside Rounding Tool, which resulted in positive patient outcomes of earlier extubations and decreased ICU length of stay. As a DNP candidate at Thomas Edison State University, Jones is invested in continuously updating policies and protocols to support evidence-based best practices in nursing and person-centered care. In an adult medical intensive care unit, an inter-professional team shares a vision to support a patient and family-centered care model. In this study, a rounding tool was created to capture patient stories to address social determinants and work toward realistic and achievable goals at the point of care: the patient’s bedside. During the height of the COVID-19 pandemic, this model was challenged, as a no visitation policy was in place. A nurse champion was utilized to observe rounds and provide videoconferencing with patients and families to sustain the model. During the crisis, communication varied daily causing stress for the nursing staff. Natalie partnered with AIMeCast for this project to create a solution that improves communication and morale across the nursing community.
