Pull back vs Pull forward

Our life's journey is paved with many great things in store.  As works in process we will encounter the unimaginable but we have been gifted with creativity to make things tangible.  Delays are just reminders that we are to keep moving forward even though we had to place a pause in the process.  Remember this to be continued is not the end it is the beginning.

Pull back vs Pull forward

We all have moments in our lives in which we either pull back or pull forward. There are distinct moments when pulling back is necessary to assess the situation. Other times we need to pull forward beyond the obstacles to yield the desired results.    It is not healthy to stay in the pull back stage of your life for too long as it can hinder your growth.

Accountability has abrasive moments

When people hold themselves accountable there is very little others can offer in the way of correction. Accountable people seek to receive additional downloads and transference of wisdom so that they can become a greater asset to the mission at hand.    When faced with corrective moments, abrasion is expected yet for a person who regularly uses self-reflection time to understand where the corrections are coming from. They purposefully take ownership and begin to do self-work.

Humbling moments

Life lessons are just that. Opportunities to reflect, digest, and grow. If we knew everything that was going to happen to and for us - we would not truly be living life. Appreciate the life lessons that fill the chapters of your book of life.

Sensory overload

Sensory overload can cause an imbalance and disruption to energy flow. Find healthy ways to pause, detach, and refresh your mind.
