As the land of extreme was gobbled up by McMahon and the WWF, XPW offered the blood thirsty wrestling fan indy wrestling with a Hardcore edge! Enter Rob Black, the mastermind behind XPW and a man with many many vices. These vices would lead to the organisations hiatus as Rob fought the law and the law won! Fast forward over a decade and Dark Side of the Ring who did an episode on the strange land of XPW, and an audiance was found for a relaunch! Halloween in Hell 3 arrived in 2023 with more violence and XPW had not missed a step! We review this Halloween horror show intervals and all!
