episode The No Vacancy Sign at the Crossroads Motor Inn cover

Description

Luna works the night shift at the Crossroads Motor Inn outside Kingman, Arizona, in the dry heat of late August. A man checks in without luggage, without a car, without a name that matches his ID. His room goes dark at midnight and stays dark. The No Vacancy sign flickers red through the glass. By morning, the room is empty of everything but a single receipt folded on the pillow. Luna traces the edge of the register with her finger, trying to forget the sound of the bell when he rang it—and the silence that followed. #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #LunaNarrates #CrossroadsMotorInn #KingmanArizona #NoVacancy #NightShift #MotelHorror #LateAugust #Receipt #GuestRegister #Bell #Desert #LonelyRoad #CheckIn #Room11 #StandaloneHorror #Atmospheric Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo [https://buymeacoffee.com/fexingo]

episode The Man Who Paid for Room 3 in Photographs artwork

The Man Who Paid for Room 3 in Photographs

Late August, a Tuesday. A man pulls into the gravel lot of the Roadside Rest Motel outside Elko, Nevada, just past midnight. He pays in photographs — Polaroids, maybe sixty of them, fanned out on the counter. I take them because his hands are shaking and he looks like he hasn't slept in weeks. He asks for Room 3, the one at the far end where the neon from the sign doesn't reach. I give him the key and watch him walk across the lot, carrying nothing but a duffel bag that looks almost empty. The next morning the photographs are still on the counter — I never put them away. Each one shows the same woman in a yellow dress, standing in the same doorway, but the light changes. In the first few, the doorway is empty. Then she appears, barely visible. By the last photograph, she is pressed against the glass. I didn't look at them all until after he checked out. He left the key on the nightstand, the bed untouched, and a single Polaroid of Room 3's bathroom mirror — with someone standing behind him. This is a story about what we bring with us, even when we try to leave it behind. #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #CaseFileVacancy #RoadsideRestMotel #ElkoNevada #Polaroids #Room3 #YellowDress #Photographs #MidnightCheckIn #LateAugust #MotelHorror #Luna #SoloNarrated #AtmosphericHorror #SlowBurn #Unsettling #GhostStory Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo [https://buymeacoffee.com/fexingo]

episode The Man Who Paid for Room 6 in Static artwork

The Man Who Paid for Room 6 in Static

A heat-stroked night at the Starlight Motor Lodge, somewhere off I-40 in the Arizona strip. A man in a windbreaker checks in after midnight, pays cash, asks for Room 6. Luna watches him cross the lot, key in hand. By morning his room is empty — not abandoned, erased. No toothbrush, no towel, no impression on the bed. But the television, which hasn't worked in years, is still warm. And it's playing static. Not the hissing kind. The kind that sounds like a voice almost coming through. Luna tells the story of the man who left nothing behind except a signal no one can tune out. This is about the things that check into motels not to sleep, but to transmit. #StarlightMotorLodge #ArizonaStrip #I40 #Room6 #Static #TelevisionHorror #LunaReads #MidnightCheckIn #NoVacancy #MotelStories #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #SoloNarrated #AtmosphericHorror #SignalHorror #WindbreakerMan #CashOnly #VanishedGuest Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo [https://buymeacoffee.com/fexingo]

The Man Who Paid for Room 11 in Glass

June 1987, just past midnight at the Sagebrush Motor Lodge outside Deming, New Mexico. A man in a dusty suit arrives on foot, pays in crushed green glass, and asks for Room 11. Luna watches him cross the parking lot with a sound like shattered windshields. She tells you about the black door, the dishwater light, and what she found under the bed the next morning. A story about the weight of what you carry when you have nothing left to carry it in. #DemingNewMexico #SagebrushMotorLodge #Room11 #glass #midnight #dustySuit #crushedGlass #blackDoor #dishwaterLight #emptyRoom #theWeight #LunaNarrates #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #MotelHorror #StandaloneEpisode #NoVacancy #CaseFileVacancy Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo [https://buymeacoffee.com/fexingo]

The Man Who Checked Into Room 7 at the Sundown Motor Lodge

It's a brittle October night in Needles, California, and the Sundown Motor Lodge has one vacancy left — Room 7. Luna is working the front desk when a man walks in just after midnight, wearing a suit that looks like it's been slept in for decades. He doesn't blink, doesn't fill out the register, and pays with a folded bill from a wallet that has no other contents. Over the next hour, Luna watches him carry six identical cardboard boxes from his trunk into the room — each one taped shut, each one labelled with a woman's name in handwriting that seems to shift color under the parking lot lights. She doesn't open them. She doesn't call the police. She just listens to the sound of tape being smoothed down over cardboard, over and over, until the sun comes up and the man is gone. But Room 7's door is still locked from the inside. #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #SoloNarrated #LunaReads #CaseFileVacancy #SundownMotorLodge #NeedlesCalifornia #Room7 #CardboardBoxes #MidnightCheckIn #NoVacancySign #MotelHorror #OctoberNight #UnblinkingMan #DisappearingGuest #TapeAndCardboard #UnsettlingEncounters #DesertMotel Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo [https://buymeacoffee.com/fexingo]

The Woman Who Checked Into Room 9 at the Dust Devil Motel

A hot July night in Needles, California, at a motel that shares a parking lot with a shuttered diner. A woman in a yellow sundress checks in without luggage and asks for the room farthest from the office. She pays in crisp twenties, doesn't want a receipt, and her name in the register is written in a handwriting that isn't hers. Over three nights, Luna notices things: the woman never leaves the room, the lights never turn on, and on the third night, a fine grit of sand begins seeping under the door, forming shapes that look like letters. A story about heat, absence, and the things that press against the edges of cheap motel windows. #FexingoHorror #HorrorPodcast #Anthology #CaseFileVacancy #DustDevilMotel #NeedlesCalifornia #Room9 #YellowSundress #SandLetters #MotelHorror #SolitaryNarrator #AtmosphericHorror #SlowBurn #DesertHorror #Unsettling #LunaNarrates #AdFree #BuyMeACoffee #Fexingo Keep every episode free: buymeacoffee.com/fexingo [https://buymeacoffee.com/fexingo]
