Honestly, Kevin admitted to Lucas that his trip had been much more eventful and stressful than he had expected.
Honestly, providing critical feedback during a performance review is necessary for a team member’s growth.
7. Eventful
With rental car issues and a traffic stop, Kevin's first trip to Las Vegas turned out to be quite eventful.
It has been an eventful quarter for the company, marked by a successful product launch and a major merger.
8. Farther
As Kevin drove farther away from the bright city lights, the landscape became quieter and more open.
The marketing team hopes their new advertising campaign will reach even farther into the international market.
9. Vast
Standing at the lookout point, Kevin was overwhelmed by the vast landscape that stretched out before him.
Engineers must design scalable systems capable of processing vast amounts of data in real-time.
10. Stretch
The Grand Canyon is an incredible sight, with a landscape that seems to stretch farther than the eye can see.
To meet the tight deadline, the project lead realized the team would have to stretch their resources to the limit.
11. Heading to
Before leaving for the airport, Lucas sent Kevin a message to ask if he was heading to his flight home.
Most engineers who attend the conference are heading to the main hall for the keynote session.
12. Reflect
The long drive back gave Kevin plenty of time to reflect on everything he had experienced during his trip.
A leader should take time to reflect on team feedback to improve the internal development workflow.
13. Insightful
Kevin described his trip to CES as very insightful, as it gave him a better understanding of edge computing.
