We live in a world where stopping seems so impossible. From coming to a complete stop at a stop sign or going to bed on time. We KNOW we need to stop, but why is it so hard? God commands us to SHABBAT or STOP. It is built into our design as a necessity, yet it seems so impossible. Today we break down why it can be so difficult as well as how to approach learning the divine practice of Sabbath and learning to stop.

Excellence and accomplishments don't just happen. Intentionality is critical. The same is true with the pursuit of holiness. We must be intentional with the decisions we make and the actions we take.
