Description

Did you know you can use castor oil for your skin? Castor oil has been used for thousands of years for its amazing healing properties and benefits. In this video, find out how to use castor oil for glowing, youthful skin, longer hair, and more. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: Castor oil for your face 0:30 Castor oil benefits 1:02 Castor oil benefits for hair 2:44 How to use castor oil for skin 3:58 How to use castor oil for hair 4:26 The best castor oil 4:56 Castor oil for eyelashes Castor oil can naturally give your skin a soft, glowing, firm look. It’s the best remedy for wrinkles or dry skin. Castor oil contains ricinoleic acid, a penetrating moisturizer for your skin and hair. It also has powerful anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial effects. Many skin-related problems are caused by an overgrowth of bacteria, yeast, or fungus. Castor oil is the perfect antidote—you can even use it for acne. Castor oil contains vitamin E, which can protect your skin from UV radiation and pollution. It has potent wound-healing properties and can help fade dark spots for an even complexion. Castor oil contains beta-carotene, the precursor to vitamin A, which supports the skin. It also contains magnesium and potassium. Evidence suggests castor oil can help stimulate collagen synthesis, which is vital for anti-aging. Apply castor oil routinely to scars, stretch marks, and acne scars to help them fade. Many people dilute castor oil with other oils, such as coconut or olive oil, because of its thick and sticky texture. It can also be used as is. Take a couple of drops and rub them into your skin, focusing on dry, wrinkled, reddened, or irritated areas. Try using castor oil before bed, so it has plenty of time to penetrate the skin. Be careful using castor oil around the pelvic area or abdomen if you’re pregnant, as it can induce labor. To use castor oil for hair growth, massage it into your scalp. This can help stimulate hair growth, especially if you have alopecia. You can also rub a few drops through your hair before bed. Look for organic, cold-pressed, hexane-free castor oil for the best quality and the most benefits. Many people have seen positive effects from Jamaican black castor oil. You can also use castor oil for eyelashes! Apply a small amount of castor oil to the root of your eyelashes daily to strengthen and lengthen your eyelashes. You don’t have to worry about the toxin in castor oil because it’s eliminated in the manufacturing process. --- Learn more about your ad choices. Today, I want to talk about why you should take your time and consider all viewpoints before deciding to get a hysterectomy. Hysterectomies are the second most common surgery performed on females. But, in my opinion, the majority of hysterectomies are unnecessary. Potential side effects of a hysterectomy: 1. Negative changes to your figure 2. Low back pain 3. A leaky bladder 4. Loss of libido 5. Fluctuating emotions 6. Fatigue 7. Increased risk of fractures 8. Increased risk of all-cause mortality, including coronary heart disease 9. Increased weight gain A few main reasons people choose to get a hysterectomy are because they have fibroids, endometriosis, cancer, or heavy cycles. However, there are natural things you can try for some of these issues. Alternative things you can try: 1. Black cohosh 2. Avoid soy 3. Avoid dairy 4. Lower your carb intake 5. Avoid endocrine disruptors 6. Consume more cruciferous vegetables 7. Take vitamin D If you’ve already had a hysterectomy, you may want to try the above tips and take a product called Utrophin PMG by Standard Process. If you’ve had your ovaries removed, you may also want to take Ovatrophin PMG by Standard Process. There is a certain disease that is so ignored yet incredibly common—understanding it will help explain a lot about your health. This disease is hyperinsulinemia, a condition where you have too much insulin in your blood. Issues associated with hyperinsulinemia: • Frequent urination at night • Fatigue • Carb cravings • Inability to go long periods without eating • Belly fat • Slow metabolism • Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease • Brain fog • Lack of concentration • Mood disorders • Dementia • Increased risk of cancer, heart attacks, clots, and strokes • Nerve problems • Lowered immune system • High LDL cholesterol (small dense particle size) • High triglycerides • High blood pressure • PCOS • Diabetes type 2 • Gallstones Doctors don't often test for hyperinsulinemia—just high blood sugar. But you can have high insulin levels for years and not have high blood sugar levels. High-carb diets, sugar, and frequent eating all contribute to high insulin. So, how do some people consume a lot of carbs and sugar and still have normal blood glucose levels? Well, insulin is working hard to quickly remove the sugar from the blood to give you normal blood sugar levels. But, insulin is just as toxic as sugar in high amounts and can lead to insulin resistance, diabetes, and other health conditions. Ask your doctor about a fasting insulin test to better understand your insulin levels. While you wait on the test, you can start promoting healthy insulin and blood sugar levels by getting on the Healthy Keto diet and doing intermittent fasting. These Clues Reveal a Hidden Hormonal Imbalance

Did you know you can identify a hormonal imbalance just by looking in the mirror? In this video, I’ll share several visible signs of hormonal imbalance and the specific hormones they relate to. Whether you’re dealing with weight gain, acne, hair-thinning, or fatigue, know what to look for and what you can do about it. Watch this episode next: Reset Your Body in 5 Days (With Zero Food) [https://open.spotify.com/episode/4oKZ046rIAE3zwxDb06ZaO] 0:00 Introduction: 7 signs of hormonal imbalance you can see 0:20 The thyroid gland 1:37 Androgens and hormone imbalance signs 2:40 Cortisol 3:07 High estrogen symptoms 3:55 Growth hormone and visible signs of hormone imbalance 4:38 Progesterone 4:56 Insulin Hormone imbalance signs are often very easy to detect, just by looking in the mirror! The thyroid gland is small but controls your digestive system and metabolism. If your thyroid hormones are too high, you may notice bulging eyes, a fast metabolism, significant weight loss, and excessive sweating. A hypothyroid will cause weight gain and hair loss. Around 90% of hypothyroidism is an issue related to the immune system called Hashimoto’s. If you have Hashimoto’s, you’ll want to avoid gluten and increase selenium and vitamin D3. Androgens include testosterone and DHT. High levels of androgens can cause acne, specifically around the jawline and on the back. Women may experience a deepened voice, increased facial hair, and may also notice hair thinning. Men with high androgens may experience balding. To keep your androgen levels normal, avoid carbohydrates, sugar, and starches, and avoid frequent eating. Also, use a high-quality water filter to avoid plastics. High cortisol symptoms include a round face (cortisol face), buffalo hump, and weight gain in the midsection. High cortisol can exaggerate stretch marks in women and speed up aging. High estrogen symptoms include a puffy face, spider veins, skin tags, and melasma. Low estrogen can make you appear older and cause wrinkles. Cholesterol is vital for estrogen production, so certain drugs and low-fat diets could cause your estrogen levels to decrease. When growth hormone declines, you may look older and gain weight in the midsection. Intense exercise for short durations, a low-carb diet, and more sleep can increase growth hormone. High progesterone is rare but can cause fluid retention. Low progesterone is much more common and can cause a puffy face. You might also appear dull and tired, and may experience acne. High insulin symptoms include belly fat, skin tags, and swollen eyes. Low insulin can cause excessive weight loss, cravings for carbs, and constant hunger. Sugar, starch, and frequent eating trigger insulin. Disclaimer: Dr. Eric Berg received his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in 1988.
