Building generational health

True health is not a pill. It’s not a checkpoint. Health is a way of life. Health is having a solid, healthy structure internally that radiates into vibrant physical health. I discuss a few structures of health- and their counterpart, structures of sickness. Painful sex + awesome sex

Our symptoms are direct messages. In the depths of my endometriosis- sex became extremely painful. A message I translated to be to address sexual trauma I had been suppressing for years.
