episode Ep. 4: - Laundry, Dishes, and Jesus: Finding Him in the Everyday Grind cover

Description

In this episode, Brandee, Jessie, and Megan get honest about the seasons that just feel like a grind; the repetitive days, the unexpected chaos, and the small moments where your heart is quietly tested. From Play-Doh in the coffee cup to police officers at the door, they share real stories of finding the Lord in the middle of it all. They talk about the power of pausing to pray, choosing worship over resentment, leading your home in gratitude, and how confession from mom can change the entire atmosphere. This conversation will encourage you to stop waiting for your circumstances to change, and instead let Christ in you be the secret to contentment, wherever He has you today.

Season 2 - Trailer

Well friends, we’ve come to the end of Season 1. It’s been such a joy spending these weeks with you. We’ve talked about real life, real struggles, and the faithfulness of God through it all. Whether you’ve listened while folding laundry, driving kids around, or trying to find a quiet moment in a busy day, we’re so grateful you’ve been here with us. One thing we’ve been reminded of again and again is that God is at work in the ordinary things. The little moments matter. The unseen acts of faithfulness matter. And the work He has given you today matters. We’re going to take a short break, but we’ll be back soon with Season 2 We’ll be talking about marriage, raising children, family worship, homemaking, hospitality, and all the everyday joys and challenges that come with building a Christ-centered home. Until then, keep your eyes on Christ. Keep being faithful in the place He’s called you. And remember, God is often doing His best work in the ordinary days. We’ll see you soon.
