We all struggle with our Bad Habits and self sabotage. This is worst while we try to develop our new Good Habits and improve ourselves. Here I discuss my recent battle with (and fall into) my bad habits. The difference this time being that I maintained some of the good, self improving “habits” along the way. Just because you fall, doesn’t mean you should give up!
