No one who came to his New York City officer for skincare and beauty services had any idea the so-called dermatologist didn't even have a medical license. But behind the scenes he was cutting corners along with people’s bodies. Faiello was busted for buying the numbing agent lidocaine off the black market, but he didn't know how to administer it properly with a syringe, or even take a pulse. When a woman in his care started having seizures as he performed several procedures on her, instead of calling 911 he loaded up her small body in a suitcase, buried it beneath the floor of his garage, and took off for Costa Rica. Even with law enforcement hot on his trail Faiello still tried to talk his way out of it and almost got away with all of it.
