Description

This past winter, I named a desire I'd carried for years, along with a long list of practical reasons why it couldn't happen this summer. Within about thirty seconds, the reasons had already won. Except the desire didn't go away. And as life often does, it found a way of bringing that desire into being anyway. It's the same pattern I see in so many of the women who come to me: wise, accomplished women who've done years of inner work, invested in countless trainings, and still find themselves unable to take the next step toward the life and business they say they want. In this episode, I'm sharing why I no longer believe the thing so many of us say when we're standing at the edge of something important: "I just need to get a little clearer first” or “I need to wait for a better time.” Because what often looks like a lack of clarity or inconvenient timing is something else entirely. I'll share what I've learned about the parts of us that step in just before we're about to go for it, why more information or waiting rarely creates the readiness we're hoping for, and the one question that can help you tell the difference between needing more clarity and being afraid to want what you truly want. RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: You've invested in healing. You've grown your business. Your work changes lives. So why doesn't your income consistently reflect the depth of what you offer? 262 | The Divine Feminine Way to Do Business

This episode is part of my Business From Within Summer Series—a curated collection of foundational conversations exploring a more feminine way of building a business rooted in inner authority, spiritual practice, and sustainable success. What if success didn't require you to override your intuition, push through exhaustion, or leave parts of yourself behind? For generations, women have been taught to build businesses according to values that prize productivity, speed, and constant growth above all else. But as more of us awaken to a different way of leading, we're being invited to redefine what sustainable success can look and feel like. In this episode, I share five ways to bring the wisdom of the Divine Feminine into your business—from creating spaces of beauty and practicing deep listening to honoring your natural rhythms, embracing rest, and leading with greater compassion and inclusivity. Because the future of business isn't about becoming more like the old paradigm. It's about remembering a way of working that allows you to flourish while creating meaningful impact. 261 | Why Building a Business Is a Spiritual Path

This episode is part of my Business From Within Summer Series—a curated collection of foundational conversations exploring a more feminine way of building a business rooted in inner authority, spiritual practice, and sustainable success. What if your business wasn't a distraction from your spiritual path—but one of the most powerful places to practice it? In this conversation, we dive into the emerging archetype of the spiritual entrepreneur and why building a business asks us to cultivate the very qualities that help us grow as human beings: presence, courage, discernment, trust, and deep inner listening. Along the way, I share the practices, teachers, and experiences that have shaped my own path: from embodiment and Internal Family Systems to redefining success, money, and what it really means to lead from within. Because entrepreneurship isn't simply a way to earn a living. At its best, it's a path of becoming, one that invites you to build a business that reflects who you truly are. episode 260 | Make Your Business Your Rich Husband artwork

260 | Make Your Business Your Rich Husband

For generations, women were handed a story: marry well. Find someone who could provide the security, the stability, the freedom. Someone whose presence meant you could finally rest and feel safe. I understand that wish more than I'd like to admit. Several years ago, after a season of profound loss and rebuilding, I realized I never wanted to create a business that depended on me showing up every single day, no matter what was happening in my life. I wanted to build something that could hold and support me financially through all of life's seasons—just as much as I hoped a loving partner would. In this episode, I introduce the idea of "business husbanding": creating the systems, recurring revenue, and structure that allow your business to become a generous partner rather than a demanding one. I share how this shift transformed my own life and business, the question I now ask every woman I mentor, and why building a business that supports you isn't about becoming more productive—it's about creating true freedom, stability, and sovereignty. Because the greatest gift your business can offer isn't just an income. It's becoming a relationship that allows you to rest, trust, and know that you've built something capable of holding you through every season of your life. episode 259 | Why You Haven't Been Able to Simplify Your Business artwork

259 | Why You Haven't Been Able to Simplify Your Business

The Real Reason Your Business Keeps Getting More Complicated (and Why Simplifying Isn't Where You Start) Most women I work with don't actually want a bigger business. They want a business that feels lighter, more spacious, and gives them the freedom they imagined when they first became entrepreneurs. And yet somewhere along the way, their business became more complicated instead of more life-giving: more offers, more audiences, more things to maintain. In this episode, I'm sharing why I no longer believe complexity is the real problem. I think it's a symptom. Through the story of packing for a month on the Portuguese coast, the mistakes I made in my first business, and the journeys of two remarkable women I’m mentoring, I'll show you why simplicity isn't something you create by cutting things away. It's something that naturally emerges when you're clear about the life you're building toward. Because simplifying your business isn't really about having less. It's about finally learning how to build from the inside out. RESOURCES MENTIONED IN THIS EPISODE: You've invested in healing. You've grown your business. Your work changes lives.
