Proverbs 21
Proverbs 21 reminds us that the greatest problem we face isn't around us—it's within us. As we explore God's sovereignty, the condition of the human heart, and the pursuit of true righteousness, we're confronted with our need for a Savior who not only forgives our sin but transforms us from the inside out. This message points us to the wisdom of Christ, encouraging us to trust God's sovereign hand, pursue His ways, and rest in the victory that belongs to the Lord alone.
Proverbs 14
Our words have the power to bring life or destruction, but they always reveal what's happening in our hearts. In this message from Proverbs 14, we explore the wisdom of truthful speech, patient responses, and the transforming work of Christ that changes us from the inside out. As we learn to reject deception and uncontrolled anger, we're reminded that only Jesus can truly tame our tongues and make us people whose words reflect His grace and truth.
Proverbs 7
Every temptation promises satisfaction, but only Christ delivers true life. In this message from Proverbs 7, we examine the progression of temptation, the beauty of God's design for faithfulness, and the relentless love of Jesus for sinners. Rather than leading us into shame, this passage points us to the gospel, where God's grace restores, His Word guards our hearts, and His faithful love empowers us to walk in wisdom.
Proverbs 31
As we explore Proverbs 31:1–9, we're reminded that as sons and daughters of the King, we've been given a royal identity and a royal calling. Rather than giving our lives to the fleeting pursuits of this world, God calls us to live with wisdom, defend the vulnerable, remember His truth, and faithfully carry the hope of the gospel to those who are hurting.
Proverbs 24
On Pentecost Sunday, we reflect on the coming of the Holy Spirit in Acts 2 and the power He gives every believer to live on mission. Looking at Proverbs 24:10–14, we're reminded that our own strength is limited, but through Christ—the true wisdom of God—we are empowered to rescue those who are stumbling toward destruction. As we feast on God's Word like honey, the Spirit forms us into wise men and women who live with courage, compassion, and dependence on Jesus.
