Joe has over 15 years of experience in the mass tort world. He started as a clerk for a mass tort judge before transitioning to insurance defense law for an international firm. After that, Joe transitioned to plaintiff work and now litigates against big pharma over their defective devices, drugs and consumer products. You may know Joe for his weekly mass tort updates on LinkedIn, but Joe also has a wide breadth of knowledge in mass torts, a unique perspective on how they worked, and a unique understanding of how AI has impacted law through the years, and how it will continue to impact law in the future. In today’s conversation, Rocco and Joe discuss the evolution of mass torts over the decades, the impact of AI on the legal profession, particularly in mass tort litigation, and how AI is being utilized to enhance case acquisition and management.
