Hello guys, my name is Joe Truax and my cohost is Ahmed Khalid. I run - at the time of this first episode - a 40,000 member men's mental health movement that is considered one of the safest spaces ever created for men worldwide. We're creating this podcast in order to touch on some very serious topics so as to help men become the best versions of themselves. Like I said at the beginning of this video, this was not a scheduled and scripted episode. So please bare with us as we organize and become as professional as possible. The things we talk about in the series should be taken very seriously because they will help you have the best quality of life.
