About Letters to the Part of Me

Hi, I’m Clara Louis — a somatic practitioner and someone who knows what it’s like to live in a sensitive body, to feel disconnected from yourself, and to wonder if you’ll ever get back. For years, I lived in survival mode. My body was tense, my mind was always “on,” and I thought the answer was to push harder, think more, and try to fix myself. But what I learned changed everything: mindset can’t land in a body that doesn’t feel safe. That’s why I created Letters to the Part of Me: A Podcast on Somatic Healing, Presence, and the Nervous System. Each week, I’ll share grounded, practical teachings to help you understand your nervous system, recognise survival patterns, and learn how to return to safety — slowly, gently, and with compassion.
