Well, in this passage of Scripture that we're going to study, we're going to see that the concept that is emphasized is that of vengeance, and we know that the scripture says Vengeance is Mine, saith the LORD, meaning that God is the only one who is holy enough, righteous enough, that can execute vengeance in a way that will bring forth righteousness.
