Two days later, a dive team finally located the vehicle. Four days later, Jeff Anderson was pulled from the bottom of the river—just 500 feet from where the car entered the water. His car was: -upside down - in park. Keys in his pocket. His body in the back seat. His phone was never recovered. And in the months after his death—someone attempted to access his accounts.
