He grew up in Lebanon, studied physiotherapy, and built a clinic in downtown Beirut that was destroyed in the 2020 explosion. He lost his business, his savings in the banking crisis, and ended a long-term relationship before moving to Dubai feeling numb, disconnected, and unable to help himself despite years of training. After trying multiple modalities, he discovered breathwork and somatic work, which changed his life by helping him release years of suppressed emotions and reconnect with his body.
