Good Day Listeners!  Mike and I kick off the podcast talking about mothers day events.  We were blessed to have two fantastic wives and mothers, and we celebrated them the way that they deserved!  We then got into a discussion on grass... Every homeowner knows what the battle of growing grass is like.  Seeding, watering, growing.... year after year and season after season.  It's the ongoing battle to which all homeowners share in.  We then talk about Ron's renovation, which is taking longer than normal and WAY over budget.  Materials are on delay and prices are being gauged.  Living through a renovation with kids is very very difficult.  I found myself in a house sponsored by G-Fuel which is a gamer energy drink.  The house was filled with YouTube and Twitch influencers.  One of the coolest things I've ever dealt with and hopefully a project that we can take on.  Something you'd only see in LA for sure though.  We then jump into the news and have a lot of dialogue around some interesting issues.  We hope you all enjoy the podcast and we'll see you next week! Good day ladies and gentleman!  Mike & I Start off the podcast with a little discussion about our recent exercise habits.  The Peloton has become a savior for my health and many more during this pandemic.  Its a bit of a cult, but we really recommend everyone give it a try who values their health and wants to be proactive about it during these precarious times.  We then have a discussion about a new listing that's coming to market, which happens to be the biggest home on the south shore of Long Island.  It's an exclusive listing to our team, and they'll be more on this to come...  We then go on to discuss the madness of the market.  How much longer can this go on?? The Pesce & Lanzillotta Team Podcast #25: Winning The Bidding Wars

Good day loyal viewers and listeners!  Today we dive deep into what may be the most important skill in real estate today!  WINNING THE BIDDING WAR!  So as we all pretty much know by now, inventory is extremely low nationally.  Due to the fact that there are no homes on the market in most markets, a lot of real estate agents are having trouble getting accepted offers with all the competition.  All that being said, if we did a deep dive into even the most difficult of markets, we'd find that there are still a very selective few still having massive success.  But HOW??  The answer is simple, they're doing something to stand out with their offer.  There are many different ways to get your offer to rise to the top of the pile, not limited to just the offer itself - but the different interactions you have leading up to the offer.  In todays podcast we provide some wisdom to all of our listeners as to how we can better engage our sellers agents and make ourselves and our clients the preferred acceptable offer.  We then go on to discuss some recent news around real estate which pertains to bitcoin in real estate.  We are curious to know, do you think that bitcoin has a place in real estate today?  Will it have a place in the future?
