Re-Release: From Baseball Dreams to Transforming Lives: Rajan Uppal's Journey to Becoming a Fat Loss Expert

In this re-release episode, I sat down with Rajan Uppal, a renowned fat loss expert and online coach who is dedicated to helping women build their health and achieve hourglass shapes without sacrificing their favorite foods. Rajan shares his unique journey, starting from his ambitious dreams of becoming a professional baseball player to facing the tough reality of his sports career not taking off as planned. Disappointed but undeterred, Rajan's story takes a turn as he channels his passion for sports into a successful career in personal training and entrepreneurship. Throughout the episode, Rajan opens up about the challenges and setbacks he faced during his transition from athlete to fitness expert. He delves into the lessons learned from his failed attempt at going pro in baseball and how these experiences fueled his determination to help others achieve their health and fitness goals. With a focus on sustainable fat loss and body transformation, Rajan discusses his innovative approach to coaching, emphasizing the importance of balance and enjoying life without giving up on indulgences like tacos and other favorite foods. Join us as we explore Rajan's transformative journey from pursuing professional baseball to becoming a beacon of hope and guidance for women looking to improve their health and body shape. Strong Outside. Struggling Inside. | My RED FM Punjabi + English Conversation on Men’s Mental Health

***New episode*** What happens when men spend years carrying pressure, stress, expectations, and emotions without talking about it? In this special RED FM interview, I joined the conversation to talk about men’s mental health, stigma, emotional struggles, and the silent battles many men face, especially in the Punjabi community. This interview is primarily in Punjabi with some English mixed throughout to keep the conversation real and relatable. We talk about pressure, opening up, unhealthy coping habits, healing, and why strength does not mean carrying everything alone. If you have ever felt like you had to keep it all together, this conversation is for you. Follow me on Instagram @sunnyccoaching

episode Re-Release: Healing Through Hard Work: How Building My Work Ethic Changed My Life artwork

Re-Release: Healing Through Hard Work: How Building My Work Ethic Changed My Life

I’m re releasing this episode a year later because the message feels more relevant than ever. In this episode, I talk about how developing a strong work ethic became a huge part of my healing journey. For years, I believed hard work was about proving myself through success through grades, promotions, and never slowing down. But over time, I realized real growth comes from working on what’s inside just as much as what’s outside. I open up about overcoming bullying, self doubt, burnout, and how sobriety helped me find more balance in my life. Learning to slow down, face my emotions, and heal the parts of me I used to ignore completely changed how I approach my goals and the way I live.  A year later, I still believe this: When you stop running from your pain and start growing through it, everything begins to change. This episode is about resilience, self awareness, and learning that healing is not separate from success. Sometimes it is the foundation of it.
