After more than twenty years as a licensed therapist The Lonely Guy, Steve Center has decided to organize the knowledge he's gained and present it here. In The Theories of Adulting Podcast, Steve will address every area of human behavior and what science teaches us about understanding and controlling our behavior and responses. He will explore current and past theories and identify what is worth learning and how it can be applied to progress into and through adulthood. Relationships, politics, sex, religion, education, parenting and many other topics will be addressed.
