This is my first Podcast. I'm excited to share my knowledge with folks that will include resources for food, mental health, physical health, rent assistance, utility assistance, inpatient/outpatient treatment programs, and so much more. I will include a resource per episode and also offer my email to take questions and requests. Music is a big part of my coping with the world and my work, so I will include a song of the day and take requests.
