Be It Unto Me.../Pastor Femi Paul/Premium Worship & Prayers

At our Premium Worship & Prayers Service, Pastor Femi Paul brought us a faith-building message titled "Be It Unto Me..." Tracing Sarah's journey from God's promise in Genesis 17 to its fulfilment in Genesis 21, we were reminded that God always keeps His Word and performs exactly what He has promised, at the appointed time. Although the years between the promise and the manifestation were marked by waiting, questions, and moments of doubt, God's timing never failed. Through Sarah and later Mary's response in Luke 1:38, we saw that faith is not simply believing God can do it, but positioning our hearts to say, "Be it unto me according to Your Word." The message challenged us not to abandon the dreams and promises God has placed in our hearts simply because they seem delayed or unrealistic. Like Sarah, many stop pursuing the promise because time has tested their hope, yet Habakkuk reminds us that though the vision tarries, it will surely come and will not be late. PFP encouraged us to stand secure on God's promises despite the contrary winds of life, knowing that His faithfulness is unwavering and His Word never returns void. The call was simple: keep believing, keep pursuing, and keep declaring, "Be it unto me according to Your Word." Confession: Lord, thank You because You are faithful to every promise You have spoken over my life. I choose to trust Your timing, even when I cannot yet see the fulfilment. Strengthen my faith to keep pursuing every dream You have given me, and let every word You have spoken concerning me come to pass at the appointed time. Be it unto me according to Your Word. Amen.

Giving is the Way/Pastor Colins Nwosu/Hymnal & Pure Worship Service

At our Hymnal and Pure Worship service, Pastor Colins Nwosu opened up a simple but life-changing message titled "Giving Is the Way." Drawing from Luke 6:37–38, we were reminded that giving is a Kingdom principle woven into every area of life. Whether giving forgiveness, kindness, generosity, honour, or resources, God's pattern is that what we release in faith returns in greater measure. We learned that God blesses His people not merely for personal gain, but so they can become a blessing to others. True generosity is therefore not measured by the size of the gift, but by a willing heart that reflects God's own nature. Building on this truth through Proverbs 11, 2 Corinthians 9, Deuteronomy 15, and Proverbs 3, Pastor Colins showed that generosity is an act of faith, trust, and worship. God's economy often works differently from the world's: those who give freely discover His abundant provision, while cheerful giving opens the door for God to supply every need and empower every good work. The message challenged us to see giving not as a loss, but as a lifestyle that reflects God's heart. Simply put, giving is the way because God Himself is the greatest Giver. Confession: Lord, thank You for being the greatest Giver and for blessing me so I can be a blessing to others. Give me a generous heart that reflects Your character, help me to give cheerfully and faithfully, and let my life become a channel of Your provision, kindness, and love wherever I go. Amen.

Seventy Times Seven/Pastor Colins Nwosu/MidWeek Service

Peter thought he was being generous. "How many times should I forgive? Seven?" Jesus said seventy times seven. In other words, stop counting. In this highly interactive teaching, Pastor Colins Nwosu titled "Seventy Times Seven," exploring one of the most challenging expressions of love: forgiveness. He reminded us that forgiveness is not a feeling that arrives once the hurt fades. It is a conscious, deliberate decision to let go of resentment, bitterness, and the urge to get even. And Proverbs 18:19 shows us the stakes: offence does not just wound, it builds walls and locks doors that used to be open. Through the engaging contributions and conversations, we also explored the wisdom required to handle offences, pursue reconciliation, and guard against the destructive consequences of unresolved hurt. Drawing from Matthew 18:15–17 and Proverbs 19:11, PCN reminded us that forgiveness does not remove the need for honest conversations, healthy boundaries, or wisdom, but it frees our hearts from bitterness. The message ultimately brought us back to our own relationship with God: as people who continually receive His mercy, we are called to extend forgiveness to others. The challenge was deeply personal: we cannot always control how people treat us, but through God's grace, we can choose what we allow to remain in our hearts. Confession: Father, You have forgiven me more than I could count, and never held it over me. Give me courage to release what I have been carrying. Take out the resentment, the bitterness, and the urge to get even. Where I need to speak to someone, give me humility. Where I need to let go, give me grace. I choose to forgive, because You first forgave me. Set me free. In Jesus' mighty name, Amen.

God's Loving-Kindness!/Pastor Femi Paul/Retro Praise Sunday

Pastor Femi Paul brought our teaching series to a beautiful conclusion with a message titled "God's Loving-Kindness!" Drawing from Psalm 103:1–5, we were reminded that God has not only redeemed our lives, but has crowned us with loving-kindness and tender mercies. PFP explained that the Hebrew word Hesed speaks of faithful love in action: love that is steadfast, dependable, and continually expressed through goodness and mercy. From Jeremiah 31, we saw a God who declares, "I've never quit loving you and never will," whose everlasting love draws us to Himself, rebuilds us, and assures us that we can expect love, love, and more love. The message reached its powerful conclusion in Titus 3:4, where we saw God's loving-kindness move beyond an idea or attribute and appear in a Person: Jesus Christ. God's love did not remain distant or theoretical; it came to us, reached for us, and saved us. His loving-kindness is great beyond measure, His faithfulness is renewed every morning, and wisdom teaches us to recognise His love at work throughout our lives. The series may have concluded, but its call remains: to receive God's love, recognise His loving-kindness, and allow the love we have experienced in Christ to become love in action through us. Confession: Lord, thank You for crowning me with Your loving-kindness and tender mercies. I receive Your faithful love afresh today and rest in the assurance that You have never stopped loving me and never will. Help me to recognise Your goodness throughout my life and, having received Your love so freely, let that same love become visible through me. Amen.
